"We're dealing with a mutant form of slug here..."
Ten Ton Slug are a metal band from Galway and they're hard as hell. Their sound is laid down in sludgy, well paced riffs that will get you nodding in approval, whether you agree or not. They have already gained a decent following and have shared the stage with Black Label Society and Corrosion of Conformity, which is impressive to say the least. If you like your music loud and aggressive with terrifying satanic vocals planted straight between your ears, then you should check out Ten Ton Slug. I like how they keep the slug theme going with songs like Slug Grinder, being a perfect example. They have a couple of EPs out now so check them out and let me know what you think. I'll keeping following this band and look forward to seeing a full album release in the near future.
